Shipping policy

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Halloween deadline: Because this is seasonal inventory, we strongly recommend ordering with enough buffer before Halloween — check our current "order by" date on the product page for guaranteed delivery in time for October 31st. Orders placed after that date may still arrive in time, but it isn't guaranteed.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. We run free-shipping promotions periodically — any active offer will apply automatically at checkout.

Delays: Occasionally, factors outside our control — carrier delays, customs, severe weather — can push delivery past the estimated window. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll track it down for you.
